Acceptance
These terms apply to the EPS website and its API ("the site"). "EPS" means the project that runs the site, the payout contract and the treasury wallet. By using the site you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, leave the site.
Information only
The site presents public on-chain data about EPS, its rounds, its treasury wallet and other tokens. None of it is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. Figures describe past activity, can be delayed or wrong, and do not predict what comes next. The chain itself is the record.
EPS token
The EPS token (EarningPonsShare) is an experimental token on Robinhood Chain, launched through Pons. Neither its value nor any payout is promised, and holding the token gives no ownership or voting rights. EPS is not affiliated with Pons or Robinhood.
Each EPS trade pays 4%: a 1% Pons base fee and a 3% creator tax. Of that, 2% of volume is the holder share and is paid out as PONS, 1.7% goes to a fixed treasury wallet and 0.3% goes to Pons. Payouts come only from trading fees and stop when trading stops.
Payout rules
Eligibility and payouts follow the EPS whitepaper and the payout contract. Where any summary, including this one, differs, those two apply. In brief:
- Rounds close every 4 hours, at 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 UTC.
- A wallet's weight is the lowest EPS balance it held during the round. A low point under 1,000 EPS means no share that round.
- Excluded: DEX pools and vaults, Pons contracts that hold EPS or run the launch, the EPS token and payout contracts, burn and zero addresses, the launch wallet, the team wallet and every wallet the launch declared exempt from the Pons snipe tax.
- Payouts are made in PONS only, bought through the PONS/WETH pool at no worse than 5% below its 15-minute time-weighted average price.
- The keeper, off-chain software, computes each round's list, publishes it and commits its hash on chain. The list becomes payable 30 minutes after the commit, and from then on anyone can execute it.
- Shares below 0.05 PONS carry over as owed until the total reaches that floor. A wallet with no weight in a round is sent everything it is owed with that round, however small.
- The payout contract's owner can veto a committed round until it is fully paid. Its unpaid amounts carry into the next round.
- The owner can pause the keeper at once, which stops new buys and commits. Replacing the keeper, or sending future creator fees elsewhere, requires 3 days of public notice.
Prize pool
The treasury wallet holds a portfolio of tokens, shown live on the site. This wallet is separate from the payout contract, and the payout rules above do not govern it. The portfolio is set aside as a prize pool for EPS holders. When and how it is shared is announced on the official X account, @earningpons. Its value moves with the prices of the tokens it holds.
Risks
Using the site, holding the EPS token or receiving PONS carries risk, including:
- Smart contracts. The EPS token, the payout contract, Pons contracts and DEX pools can contain bugs or be exploited, and on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.
- Keeper. The keeper can stop, fall behind or make mistakes. It pauses buys and payouts while network fees are high, and buys also stop while PONS trades outside its allowed price band. The contract does not check that a list follows the rules; the published list, the delay and the veto are the safeguards.
- Third parties. Pons runs the launchpad and the fee contracts that feed the payout contract, and after a delay of its own it can send EPS creator fees to another address. Privy provides wallet connection, DEX pools set prices and liquidity, and RPC providers supply chain data. EPS controls none of them.
- Market. The EPS token and PONS can drop sharply or go to zero, and liquidity can disappear.
Your responsibilities
You alone control your wallet, private keys and seed phrase, and every transaction you sign is yours. EPS will never ask for them. Complying with the laws and tax rules where you live is up to you. The site is not offered where using it or trading the EPS token is prohibited.
No warranty
The site, its API and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, EPS and the people who work on it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the site, the EPS token, the treasury wallet or any third-party service, including lost funds, missed or late payouts, loss of value and data errors. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum the law permits.
Changes
EPS may revise these terms by publishing a new version on this page, with the date above updated. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revision. The site itself may change or go offline without notice.
